Function

You will support the operational team in daily administrative and customer-oriented processes. You will liaise between customers, carriers, and internal teams and ensure the correct and timely follow-up of orders, shipments, and invoicing.

Your responsibilities

• Entering and following up on loading and unloading times via customer platforms and websites.
• Accepting and processing orders via customer platforms; preparing and sending transport orders to carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Preparing pre-billing and customer invoicing in accordance with procedures.
• Providing administrative support for operational activities with an eye for accuracy and deadlines.

• You work accurately and in a structured manner, with an eye for detail.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
• You are eager to learn and quickly pick up new systems.
• You work independently, meet deadlines, and follow clear processes.
• You have strong administrative and digital skills.
