Function

Your role as Fleet Trainee?

As a fleet trainee you will be the hub of our transportation operations, and you get to develop your skills to become a future fleet expert.

Your responsibilities:

• Use advanced business software (such as TAS, Qargo, TX Connect and Microsoft Office) to monitor the operational efficiency of our fleet.
• Code, sort, verify and totalize data related to tractors, trailers and our fleet. Through this, you will develop in-depth expertise and terminology in Dutch, French and English.
• Support the drivers with their questions or problems. Give clear instructions and provide smooth communication.
• Get the opportunity to write and develop your Bachelor Thesis. Your topic is flexible and can be chosen in consultation with your supervisor. You get the freedom to explore your own interests.

Profile

Who you are

• You have a passion for logistics and the transport industry, which you would like to convert into practical knowledge and experience.
• You are enrolled in a relevant course, such as Transport & Logistics Management, Supply Chain or an equivalent domain.
• You’re energetic and driven, you want to fully commit yourself!
• You value integrity, respect and honesty, both internal and external.
• You like taking initiative and searching for solutions. You like practical challenges and you can work independently to achieve your goals.
