Function

Your role as Administrative Facility Assistant

Would you like to ensure our buildings, installations and work environment continue to perform fluently? Do you have a strong administrative profile, and do you combine this with your technical insights? Then you could be the support our facility team needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring and keeping maintenance schedules and inspections up to date.
• Managing facility tickets and writing the weakly schedule for the handyman.
• Requesting and monitoring of interventions and processing of invoices.
• Managing the facility mailbox and administrative processing in our tools.
• Support during purchase projects and analyzing of quotations.

Profile

Who you are

• You enjoy a diverse function with a combination of standard procedures and Ad-hoc projects.
• You have a technical insight, electric, construction or plumbing are a bonus.
• You have good administrative skills with digital tools such as Microsoft Office.
• You have a good knowledge of French and English.
• You have a structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are assertive in your communication and excel at effective follow-up
