A versatile role in which you will perform breakdown repairs as a CE driver and use your technical expertise as a trailer mechanic in our well-equipped workshop in Ghent.

What will you be doing?

• Carrying out repairs and interventions with towing vehicles (CE) on trailers and semi-trailers, including on-site repairs or safe return to the site.
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work in the garage when there are no interventions.
• Carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs, such as brakes, lighting, suspension, axles, air pipes and couplings.
• Ensuring safe, correct and roadworthy vehicles, with an eye for order, tidiness and careful use of materials.

Profile

What do we expect from you?

• You have a CE driving licence (code 95 in order).
• You have technical insight and experience or a strong interest in trailer and/or lorry mechanics.
• You are flexible: road breakdown assistance and garage work.
• You work independently, but also function well in a team.
• You speak and understand Dutch or English well.
• You can work with a forklift and/or height work platform.
