Function

Are you a motivated driver with a passion for the road and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic driver CE for swap body container transport who is willing to spend the night in the truck twice a week. Will you be our new colleague?

Your duties:

• Transport: From the Ghent/Zeebrugge region, you will provide swap body container transport (also possible transport with tautliner trailers) within Belgium and neighbouring countries.
• Safety and control: You will check cargo safety and ensure that containers are correctly secured.
• Responsibility: Prepare the vehicle for loading and unloading, and ensure that this is done efficiently.
• Communication: Report any problems and challenges directly to planning to ensure smooth operations.

What do we expect from you:

• Driving experience - Proven experience as a CE Driver with a passion for the road.
• Digital skills - Handy with modern on-board computer, including GPS navigation.
• Overnight flexibility - You are willing to spend the night in the truck twice a week.
• Required documents - You have a valid CE driving licence, professional competence and medical examination.
• Language skills - Fluent communication in Dutch and/English or French.
• Reliable and customer-oriented - Your independence, reliability and customer-friendly attitude will make you the perfect addition to our team.
• Working hours - start around 5am/6am (exceptionally you may be asked to start at 3am/4pm). You will work 12 to 14h per day according to legal requirements.
