Do you have technical insight and can spot when something is broken? Then you could be our new trailer and semi-trailer repairer! At TML Ghent you will work in a modern garage with everything you need. We have a recent fleet, fixed working hours and a nice team.

What will you do?

• You will repair and maintain trailers and semi-trailers: lighting, brakes, suspension, axles, air pipes, couplings, etc.
• You will carry out all types of repairs – large or small, from mechanical to electrical
• You will repair or replace damaged parts – from bumpers to electrical circuits
• You will occasionally be called out for local breakdown repairs in the Ghent/Evergem region – minor interventions that can be resolved quickly.
• You will ensure that everything is safe and ready for inspection or use.
• You will help to keep the workplace tidy and take care of your equipment.

• Hands-on – You roll up your sleeves and get to work. You test, measure, find out what's wrong – and you tackle it, either alone or together with the team.

What do we expect from you?

• You are technically minded and like to roll up your sleeves
• A diploma or basic knowledge of mechanics (A2/A3) is a plus, but not a must.
• You are flexible in your working hours (starting later or staying longer is no problem).
• You may already tinker in your spare time – cars, mopeds, trailers...
• You enjoy working independently, but can also work in a team
• You speak and understand Dutch or English well.
• A C/CE driving licence is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement, or you are willing to obtain one through TML.
• You have a forklift and aerial work platform certificate, or are willing to obtain one through TML.
