Function

TML Ghent is looking for a driven and flexible Supervisor Warehouse. Are you a people manager with a passion for logistics and warehouse management? Do you want to make a difference at different locations? Then we want you on our team!

As an operational manager, you pull the strings within our warehouses. You coach and motivate various teams, and ensure that our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. No two days are the same: variety and impact guaranteed!

Your range of tasks:

• Managing and coaching warehouse teams at various locations.
• Planning and monitoring warehouse activities so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Optimising the use of people, resources and space.
• Monitoring quality, safety and compliance with procedures.
• Acting in a customer-oriented manner and responding to opportunities with existing customers.

• A logistics education or relevant experience within warehouse/logistics environment.

• Insight into logistics processes and fluent in systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and English.
• Flexibility in working hours and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
