Function

Team Leader (Night) – Ghent

We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Team Leader to join our team in Ghent. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily logistical activities on the work floor.

You’ll oversee a large team of warehouse workers and forklift drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Coordinating day-to-day activities and maintaining a clear overview at all times.
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all logistics processes.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving optimization initiatives.
• Promoting effective communication and collaboration with other teams.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a logistics or production environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or English.
• A strong focus on safety in all aspects of your work.
• Experience as a forklift driver is a big plus — or a strong willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in night: 10 PM - 6 AM.
