Function

Are you our new Logistics Employee?

For our site in Ghent, we are looking for a motivated logistics employee. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role at reception.

Your responsibilities:

  • You handle the administrative follow-up of warehouse operations.
  • You manage order and stock control, ensuring all goods are accurately tracked.
  • You act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
  • You welcome drivers and ensure the correct preparation and processing of documents.
  • You communicate with internal colleagues regarding damages and other irregularities.
  • You support your colleagues where needed and report clearly to the manager.

What do we expect from you?

  • Some experience in the logistics sector is an advantage.
  • You are interested in stock management and storage techniques and open to training.
  • You have knowledge of transport regulations.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • You are analytical and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • You work in a day shift schedule.
