Function

Are you our new IT Support Engineer?
For our headquarters, we are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer.

Your Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for IT-related questions and support.
• Installation & maintenance of software and hardware.
• Troubleshooting & issue resolution via a ticketing system, both on-site and remotely.
• Automation & efficiency through PowerShell scripting.
• Planning & documentation of IT processes, applications, and priorities.

What do we expect from you?

• IT education or experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft (AD, 365, RDS); basic network management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and basic French.
• Customer-oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn with a structured approach.
• Flexible and willing to provide on-site support when needed.
