Function

Are you our new Logistics Administrator?

For our location in Gent, we are looking for a motivated Logistics Administrator.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of warehouse activities and handle incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Welcome and guide drivers during loading and unloading, coordinating with team leaders.
  • Prepare transport documents and ensure their accurate processing and archiving.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and departments.
  • Accurately process and record customer orders in the system.

What do we expect from you?

  • Team spirit, organizational skills, and motivation are key qualities.
  • A proactive approach and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in a cross-dock environment is considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, particularly Excel and Word, is required.
  • Fluent communication in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of French or Eastern European languages is an advantage.
  • An analytical mindset enables efficient and swift resolution of challenges.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule between 6 AM and 9 PM.
