At our hub TML Ghlin we are looking for a customer service employee to act as a bridge between TML and our customers. In this position, you will handle all customer questions and orders in an efficient and customer-friendly way. This may involve an order, a question, a complaint and/or a logistical problem.

Your duties:

  • First point of contact for customers: be the voice of our company and ensure timely and accurate handling of customer needs.
  • First-class customer service: manage order registration and follow-up, providing essential information to customers and colleagues.
  • Efficient collaboration: coordinate and communicate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of customer-related matters.
  • Customer-focused proactive communication: communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to satisfy and retain customers.
