Function

Are you a born matchmaker with a passion for finding the right talents? Then this role at TML Ghent is perfect for you! As a Recruiter, you will be the key figure in the recruitment and selection process. You will be the driving force in the recruitment team and guarantee the filling of our vacancies.

Your duties:

  • Draft attractive vacancy texts and distribute them through various channels using our advanced ATS system.
  • Guarantee an unforgettable candidate journey, guide candidates through the recruitment process and ensure flawless follow-up.
  • Engage with a wide range of worker and employee profiles and discover their talents and skills that contribute to our success.
  • Proactively search for hidden talent and create your own sourcing projects to get the right people on board, while building a pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
  • Engage in exciting recruitment activities, working with various partners and participating in events to strengthen our brand and attract top talent.
  • Embrace newcomers and create a warm onboarding for them within TML.
