Do you want to play a crucial role in a dynamic logistics environment and are you ready to develop further in operations management? Come strengthen our team as Assistant Operations Manager and grow in a leadership role!
As Assistant Operations Manager, you will strengthen our Operations Management team and support the Logistics Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of our logistics warehouse operations. You will contribute to an efficient, qualitative and cost-conscious execution of the processes. Together we strive for continuous improvement in a challenging and multicultural working environment.
Your duties:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of inventory management, order processing and shipping.
- Optimising warehouse processes and implementing improvements.
- Analysing and reporting operational data to support decision-making.
- Coordinating and upskilling teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensuring quality, safety and compliance with procedures.

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for an ambitious and driven professional with a passion for logistics and operations. You are a real team player who is analytically strong and gets energy from solving challenges
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Experience: Experience in a logistics environment is a plus.
- Logistics Knowledge: Basic knowledge of warehouse management, inventory management and logistics processes.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for process optimisation.
- Good communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- Ambition and eagerness to grow into a managerial role.
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility.
- People management: Experience in managing workers and working in a multicultural environment.
