Function
For TML Gent, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of warehouse activities and handle incoming and outgoing goods.
- Welcome and guide drivers during loading and unloading, coordinating with team leaders.
- Prepare transport documents and ensure their accurate processing and archiving.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and departments.
- Accurately process and record customer orders in the system.

- Experience in a cross-dock environment is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365, particularly Excel and Word, is required.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of French or Eastern European languages is an advantage.
- An analytical mindset enables efficient and swift resolution of challenges.
- Availability to work a variable schedule between 6 AM and 9 PM.
