Function
For our site at TML Ghent, we are looking for an administrative assitant with a focus on invoicing. In this position you will be responsible for booking invoices and checking pre-billing and preparation tasks.
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for booking invoices.
- You will follow up and manage the mailbox.
- You will check pre-billing.
- You will prepare the payment list of invoices.
