Function

Are you an experienced facility manager seeking a challenging job within a growing company?
Tailormade Logistics is looking for a Facility Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, grounds, and green areas.
You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and closely monitor costs, efficiency, and energy consumption.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Management of buildings, grounds, and green areas, including maintenance and repairs, within office and warehouse spaces.
  • Supervision of maintenance team, including planning and direction.
  • Management of electricity, plumbing, and general equipment in buildings.
  • Monitoring of periodic inspections and energy consumption to improve efficiency.
  • Coordination of maintenance contracts, quotations, regulatory compliance, and reporting of issues to management.
  • Optimization of internal transportation within warehouses and budgeting for maintenance.

  • Experience in facility management in a leadership role.
  • You are willing to work at a national level and travel to our different hubs in Belgium.
  • Good knowledge of relevant legislation, including inspections and safety regulations.
  • A hands-on mentality.
  • Communication skills and the ability to lead teams.
  • Structured, results-oriented, and able to prioritize.
  • In addition to a very good command of Dutch, you can also express yourself in English and French.
