Function
We are currently seeking a team leader (2 shifts) for our location in Ghent. As a team leader, you will be responsible for coordinating logistical activities on the work floor. Together with a colleague team leader, you will oversee a team of approximately 50 warehouse workers.
What to expect:
- Coordinating various activities and maintaining oversight at all times.
- Ensuring the efficient, smooth, and safe operation of daily processes.
- Introducing ideas for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitating good communication and collaboration with other teams.

What we expect from you:…
- Experience in a supervisory role (preferably in a logistics or production environment).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Prioritizes safety.
- Experience as a forklift driver (or a strong interest in learning) is a significant plus.
- Being able to work in 2 shifts (6 am-2 pm / 2 pm-10 pm) is essential.
