Function

Are you a born organizer, do you enjoy challenges, and can you bring order to chaos? As a Dispatcher of our Drivers, you ensure that all transports are planned and executed efficiently and on time.

Your tasks include:

• Administrative follow-up of transport assignments and customer files.
• Informing customers about the shipment and handling complaints in a customer-friendly manner.
• Effective communication with drivers and colleagues.
• Implementing proactive efficiency improvements.
• Preparing and monitoring the driver schedule.

What do we expect from you?

• You understand the importance of timely and correct deliveries.
• You remain calm under last-minute changes and work towards solutions.
• You coordinate and communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
• You speak fluent Dutch. English is a plus.
• You are flexible and willing to work 5 days a week in a 2-shift system from 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
• You have a basic knowledge of legal regulations related to the (inter)national transport sector." .
