Is safety in your DNA?
As a Level 2 Prevention Advisor, you will be the driving force behind the daily welfare policy at our site in Ghlin. You will actively participate on the shop floor, guide colleagues in working safely and translate policy into concrete actions. You will be part of the prevention team and report to the Level 1 Prevention Advisor.
Your tasks:
- Carry out risk analyses and workplace inspections and draw up targeted action plans.
- Supervise training courses, toolbox meetings and awareness-raising campaigns on safety and well-being.
- Follow up on accidents and incidents, draw up analyses and make recommendations.
- Work with managers to improve procedures and embed them in practice.
- Contribute to the quality section (ISO, IFS, BIO) and translate this into clear applications in the workplace.
- Actively collaborate with the central prevention team.

What we expect from you:
- Level 2 Prevention Advisor diploma.
- Experience in an operational prevention role, preferably in logistics or production.
- Native French or Dutch speaker, with a good knowledge of the other language.
- A sense of cooperation, commitment and accuracy in administration and reporting.
