Function
Are you a born matchmaker with a passion for finding the right talents? Then this role at TML Ghent is perfect for you! As an Recruiter, you will be a key figure in the recruitment and selection process. You will be a driving force in the recruitment team and guarantee the filling of our vacancies.
Your tasks:
- You manage the recruitment and selection process from A to Z and you support the team in filling the vacancies.
- You prepare promotional vacancy texts and publish them through various channels (including your own website, VDAB, Le Forem, job boards at schools, LinkedIn).
- You come into contact with various worker and employee profiles. We recruit for all our sites in Belgium.
- You take an active role in the onboarding process (contract signing, welcome and integration of new employees).
- You participate in various recruitment activities (job fairs, speed dates at schools,…).
- You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
- You consult with and report to the HR manager.

Competencies in the job…
- You preferably have 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, experience with payroll is not required.
- You make contacts easily and you are communicative.
- You are able to switch quickly and combine a hands-on mentality with a service-oriented mindset.
- You can work in a structured and process-oriented way.
- You are very discreet, dealing confidentially with confidential data is crucial.
- A good knowledge of the Dutch, French and English language is essential for this job.
- You are team-oriented and collegial
